Pulsating sine ultrasound Our marten-scarers mimic the warning calls of the animals in a very loud and highly lifelike way. This serves to prevent the habituation effect. -
180° waves Ultrasound waves spread forward light, i.e. the sound is barely perceptible behind obstacles or from the sides. The special way in which the loudspeaker is designed and placed means that the aggressive ultrasonic sine tones are emitted in a beam angle of 180 degrees. -
Autonomous battery device (ultrasound) Because they are battery-operated, the ultrasound devices can be used universally and independently. -
E-& plug-in hybrid recommended Ideally suited for all engine generations: This marten repeller works independently and is therefore independent of the on-board network. This is particularly recommended for electrically powered vehicles. -

Installation
Open the device using a screwdriver (unscrew the bottom plate). Insert 4 UM2 batteries into the built-in battery holder. Once all 4 batteries are inserted, the LED below the speaker will flash approximately every 6 seconds. When the LED is flashing, the device is operating. You can then reattach the bottom plate and install the device in the designated location.
Please ensure during installation that the device is not exposed to splashing water (e.g., rainwater). Suitable installation sites include under a roof overhang, inside a birdhouse, or beneath parked caravans to repel mice.
Ultrasound waves spread like light: in straight lines. If obstacles are present, shadows are cast (meaning ultrasound cannot be heard behind them). Therefore, the device must be installed in such a way that the intended coverage area is as unobstructed as possible.
The function can be checked using the built-in LED. When installing the device under a caravan to repel mice, make sure that the grass is kept short, as tall grass can block the ultrasound signal.
